The tube welding tools are water cooled and incorporate special gripping jaws for securing and location of the tool on the tube PRC – 90 orbital-tig clamp on welder capacity 33 mm to 90 mm O.D. rotary speed 0.08 to 1.6 rpm tungsten electrode 1.6 to 2.4 dia filler wire dia 0.6 – 0.8 – 0.9 Mechtig 4000i Power Source control unit. Voltage 400v setting range 4 – 400a Complete with fan control, cooling unit, overheating protection, water flow guard.
